Want to work with BEST?
BEST prides itself on creating a fun and efficient rehearsal environment. Our staff loves having fun with the students, but also are professionals who are ready to work hard in support of the students to create a final production that all can be proud of.
Our Teaching staff bring years of musical, acting, and dance experience to oversee the rehearsal of the show material and impart new skills to students. Teaching staff are professionals in their field with extensive experience, and contribute many hours to bring the show to life.
Our Production staff designs and builds the show. BEST shows have a reputation for incredible technical design to showcase and complement the performance talent of our students. The professionalism of the Production staff is outstanding and considerate of working with youth in an educational environment.
Our Counselors work to support and supervise the students in their rehearsals and provide an exemplary role model for students to look up to. Counselors also augment the Teaching and Production staff with their skills and knowledge in performance or technical theatre. Typically 6-8 Senior Counselors and 4-6 Junior Counselors join us for the season, working with either the Program or the Workshop. Counselors are high school and college students studying or with experience in theatre.
